Payment
Placing an order does not charge you. After you order, we show you how to pay by UPI or bank transfer. Please use your order number as the payment reference. We confirm your order once the payment reaches us, usually within a day.
Your copy and the reprint
The price of the book pays for your own copy. Any amount above that, in steps of ₹500, pays to print one more copy for a reader. These reprint copies are handed out through our campaigns, schools and masjids. Any part of your payment that is less than a full ₹500 step is kept as a general contribution to the printing fund.
Collection and delivery
If you choose collection, we call you with the place and time when the campaign reaches your city. If delivery by post is offered and you choose it, we send your parcel after payment is confirmed. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 days within India.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel before your order is packed, and we refund what you paid for your own copy in full. Because reprint copies are printed and given away in batches, the reprint share of an order can only be refunded before that batch goes to the printer. Write to us at hello@aayaath.com with your order number.
Damaged or wrong books
If your book arrives damaged or is not the one you ordered, write to us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We replace it.
Your information
We use your name, phone number and address only to deal with your order. We do not share them or use them for advertising.
